The above fees include 2 hours of lawyer time (which include the time and cost related to mobile service, as necessary, within City limits), one title search, one tax search up to $10, courier charges up to $30, and land titles fees for the registration of up to one transfer and one mortgage, as may be applicable.
Additional time and disbursements that may be incurred will be billed to the client. The above fees do NOT include the cost of title insurance, estoppel certificates, assignment of rents, dower documents, additional statutory declarations, encroachment agreements, obtaining compliance on Real Property Reports, out-of-town couriers, additional searches, or any documents or actions that are in addition to the standard documents required on a real estate transaction.
