Originally from Saskatchewan, Adrienne spends her free time with her 3 kids and husband, playing soccer, hiking, and snowboarding.
Sarah is a real estate and corporate lawyer and has been practising law since 2019. She received her German law degree from the University of Bonn in 2016, followed by a degree in Law and Economics in 2018. After moving to Canada at the end of 2019, Sarah continued to practise German law as a foreign trained lawyer, while completing her accreditation to become a Canadian lawyer. She was called to the Alberta bar in 2025.
As the Managing Lawyer, Sarah oversees and conducts the full spectrum of real estate, corporate and commercial legal services with precision, compliance, and efficiency. She navigates complex legal requirements, performs thorough due diligence, and mitigates risks to safeguard her clients’ investments. Her practice includes real estate sales, purchases, and financings, as well as commercial and residential leases. In addition, Sarah advises on corporate transactions and serves as the registered office for many corporations, ensuring seamless coordination and accurate documentation. Whether handling residential, commercial, or investment properties, Sarah provides proactive legal guidance to help clients avoid costly delays and pitfalls, ensuring transactions close smoothly and on time.
As a German and Canadian trained lawyer, Sarah provides legal services to clients in both English and German.
Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and travelling.
Jade is a Real Estate and Corporate Legal Assistant dedicated to helping clients by ensuring a smooth administration of the pre-closing, signing, and post-closing process. Through her experience and commitment, she has developed valuable skills to deliver efficient, client-focused results with diligence and attention to detail. She also enjoys expanding her knowledge of the legal field and continuing her education to help better assist clients.
Outside of work, Jade spends as much time outdoors as possible—hiking with her dog, Zoey, or working with horses.
